SPR concept

SPR — Surface plasmon resonance technology

Surface plasmon resonance technology (SPR) is used at the metal film/liquid surface interface. It is a technology that analyzes the interaction between molecules by physical optical phenomena caused by total reflection of light. The SPR instrument is an optical sensor that can detect the binding of biomolecules on the metal surface by detecting changes in refractive index.

By detecting the resonance angle (SPR angle) of the reflected light, it can be detected whether the sample under test contains the corresponding test object (detection target) combined with the ligand coated on the metal plate, and the combination time, etc., so as to achieve whether there is a detection target in the detection sample, and the content of the detection target.

1. Study the effect of intermolecular interaction reaction, and analyze the reaction kinetics, binding affinity and sample concentration.

2. Real-time presentation of the dynamic detection reaction process, the whole process of detection of correlations occurring at different levels.

3. No need for any radioactive or fluorescent material labeling, avoiding result deviation due to labeling problems.

4. Different flux options, currently 4 fluxes, 6 fluxes, 26 fluxes and other indicators can be tested simultaneously.
