Septicemia and severe bacterial infection are on the rise and have not been paid enough attention to. Septicemia is often misunderstood by the public as "blood poisoning ", which is one of the main causes of death in the world. If the body causes damage to its own tissues and organs during the fight against infection, it can lead to septicemia.If not detected and treated early, sepsis may cause shock, multiple organ failure and even death. The mortality of patients with sepsis is 33.3%-50%. The combined detection of SAA and CRP is helpful for the early diagnosis of neonatal sepsis and the identification of bacterial infections from viral infections, and for the early diagnosis of infectious diseases in children.
